Attorney Ailla Wasstrom-Evans’ practice areas include Real Estate, Land Conservation Law and Estate Planning.  Her passion is land conservation and she has helped many clients achieve their goal of conserving their land in perpetuity through legal mechanisms.  Attorney Wasstrom-Evans is licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut.

Prior to joining the Prue Law Group, Attorney Wasstrom-Evans was an associate at Day Pitney LLP in the Real Estate, Environmental and Land Use Practice Group. She has also worked as a legislative attorney for the Finance, Revenue and Bonding, Planning and Zoning, and Veterans’ Affairs Committees of the Connecticut General Assembly and as a staff attorney with Connecticut Legal Services, Inc.

Attorney Wasstrom-Evans is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Windham County Bar Association.  She is currently serving on the Connecticut Land Conservation Council Model Conservation Easement working group.  Prior affiliations include the Connecticut Women’s Education and Legal Fund, Board of Directors; the Oliver Ellsworth Inn of Court, Barrister; and CLiCK, Board of Directors.

Attorney Ailla Wasstrom-Evans is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Michael’s College and studied abroad at The University of the Americas in Puebla, Mexico where she studied Mexican politics while improving her proficiency of the Spanish language.

Attorney Wasstrom-Evans is an eastern Connecticut native, having grown up in Brooklyn, CT. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and spending quality time with her family.
