Samantha L. Graves is cum laude alumna of Worcester State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business Administration. As a recent graduate of Western New England University School of Law, Samantha offers a deep understanding of the latest legal precedents, and evolving statutes in the legal field.

She is a dedicated Attorney who brings fresh legal insight and a modern approach to her practice. Her education, focused on the elder population, their various needs, and finance, equips her with a diverse perspective to analyze cases, ensuring effective solutions for her clients.

Since Samantha joined The Prue Law Group in October of 2024, she has proven a strong commitment to excellence and proficient research skills making her a valuable asset to the firm and our clients. She is passionate about advocating for those she represents and is dedicated to providing strategic, client-focused legal services. Samantha’s practice is centered on the complexities of estate settlement and probate matters.

She previously served as In-House Counsel for Spooner Guardianship Services, where she supported the vulnerable elderly population. Samantha’s compassion, paired with her determination to succeed, enables her to approach each case with a fresh outlook and a solid grounding in legal principles.

As she begins her legal career, Samantha is eager to apply her knowledge, work alongside experienced attorneys, and build strong client relationships. She looks forward to making a meaningful impact in her field while ensuring that clients receive diligent and effective representation.

Outside of the firm, Attorney Graves, originally from Grafton, Massachusetts, is an avid reader who enjoys dedicating her free time to books and spending time with her two cats, Cheddar and Pickles.
